SocialOps Hub (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), operated by CrewLab, is a social media management tool that helps you publish content to the social accounts you connect. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.SocialOps Hub（以下「本サービス」）は CrewLab が運営する、接続したSNSアカウントへ投稿を公開するためのソーシャルメディア管理ツールです。本ポリシーは、収集するデータ、その利用方法、およびお客様の選択肢について説明します。

• Account & authentication. When you connect Facebook, Instagram, or Threads, we receive access tokens and basic account information (account ID, name, and the Pages or profiles you choose to connect).アカウント・認証情報。 Facebook・Instagram・Threads を接続すると、アクセストークンおよび基本的なアカウント情報（アカウントID、名前、接続を選択したページ／プロフィール）を受け取ります。
• Content you create. The posts, captions, and media you upload to publish.作成した内容。 公開のためにアップロードする投稿・キャプション・メディア。
• Usage & logs. Publishing attempts, timestamps, and per‑network status or errors.利用状況・ログ。 公開の試行、日時、ネットワーク別の状態やエラー。

• To publish the content you create to the accounts you authorize.あなたが認可したアカウントへ、作成した内容を公開するため。
• To show publishing status, history, and errors.公開の状態・履歴・エラーを表示するため。
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.本サービスの運用・保護・改善のため。

We do not use your content or audience data for advertising, and we do not sell your data.お客様の内容やオーディエンスデータを広告に利用することはなく、データを販売することもありません。

4. Legal basis & consent4. 法的根拠・同意

We process this data based on your consent, which you give when you connect an account and grant the requested permissions. You may withdraw consent by disconnecting the account.これらのデータは、アカウント接続時および権限付与時に得られるお客様の同意に基づいて処理します。同意はアカウントの接続解除によりいつでも撤回できます。

• Social platforms. To publish, we send your content to the relevant official API — Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Threads — acting on your behalf.SNSプラットフォーム。 公開のため、あなたの代理として該当する公式API（Meta（Facebook・Instagram）および Threads）に内容を送信します。
• Infrastructure providers. We use trusted hosting and database providers to run the Service.インフラ提供者。 本サービスの運用に、信頼できるホスティング・データベース事業者を利用します。

6. Storage & security6. 保管とセキュリティ

Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES‑256‑GCM. Access is restricted and traffic is served over HTTPS. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.アクセストークンは AES‑256‑GCM で暗号化して保管します。アクセスは制限され、通信は HTTPS で提供されます。完全に安全な保管方法は存在しませんが、データ保護のため合理的な対策を講じます。

7. Data retention7. データの保持期間

We keep your data while your account and its connections are active. • Disconnect in‑app. Open your Profile settings and disconnect any account to revoke access and remove its stored token.アプリ内で接続解除。 プロフィール設定から各アカウントの接続を解除すると、アクセスが取り消され、保存されたトークンが削除されます。
• Request full deletion. Email us and we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.完全削除の請求。 メールでご連絡いただければ、30日以内にアカウントおよび関連する個人データを削除します。

By using SocialOps Hub you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.SocialOps Hub を利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。組織を代表して利用する場合、その組織を代理して同意するものとします。

2. Your accounts & content2. アカウントと投稿内容

You retain ownership of the accounts you connect and the content you create. You are responsible for having the rights to that content and for complying with the terms and policies of each platform (Meta, Threads, and others).接続するアカウントおよび作成する内容の権利はお客様に帰属します。その内容に関する権利を有すること、および各プラットフォーム（Meta・Threads 等）の規約・ポリシーを遵守することは、お客様の責任です。

3. Acceptable use3. 禁止事項

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, to send spam, or to violate any platform's rules. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.違法・誤解を招く・権利を侵害する内容の公開、スパム送信、各プラットフォームの規則違反に本サービスを利用しないことに同意します。本サービスを濫用したアカウントは停止する場合があります。

4. Availability & disclaimer4. 提供と免責

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. Publishing depends on third‑party platforms and their APIs, which may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる保証も伴いません。公開は第三者プラットフォームおよびそのAPIに依存し、変更や利用不能が生じることがあります。法令が許す範囲で、間接的・派生的損害について当社は責任を負いません。

5. Changes5. 変更

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.本規約は更新されることがあります。更新後も利用を継続した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
