These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SocialOps Hub (“the Service”), operated by MFASB RESOURCES (SSM Reg. No. 202003149887 (003125944-D)) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、MFASB RESOURCES（SSM 登録番号 202003149887 (003125944-D)）が運営する SocialOps Hub（以下「本サービス」）へのアクセスおよび利用について定めます。アカウント作成または本サービスの利用により、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。組織を代表して利用する場合、その組織を代理して同意する権限を有することを表明するものとします。
2. Description of the Service2. サービスの内容
The Service is a web-based social media content-operations tool that lets you plan campaigns, draft content (including with AI assistance), review and approve it, schedule it, and publish it to the third-party social accounts you connect — including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and YouTube — through each platform's official API. The Service acts only on accounts you explicitly connect and only to perform actions you initiate.本サービスは、キャンペーンの企画、コンテンツの作成（AI 支援を含む）、確認・承認、スケジュール設定、および接続した第三者SNSアカウント（Facebook・Instagram・Threads・TikTok・YouTube 等）への公開を、各プラットフォームの公式APIを通じて行うウェブ型ソーシャルメディア運用ツールです。本サービスは、お客様が明示的に接続したアカウントに対し、お客様が開始した操作のみを実行します。
3. Eligibility & your account3. 利用資格とアカウント
You must be of legal age and meet the age and eligibility requirements of every platform you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.お客様は成人であり、接続する各プラットフォームの年齢・利用資格要件を満たす必要があります。ログイン情報の機密保持およびアカウント下でのすべての活動について、お客様が責任を負います。不正利用を認めた場合は速やかにご連絡ください。
4. Connecting third-party platforms4. 第三者プラットフォームの接続
When you connect a platform (e.g. Meta, TikTok, YouTube), you authorize the Service to access and act on that account through official APIs, using the permissions you grant. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms, and they may change or discontinue their APIs at any time.プラットフォーム（例：Meta・TikTok・YouTube）を接続すると、付与された権限の範囲で、公式APIを通じて当該アカウントにアクセスし操作することを本サービスに認可することになります。各プラットフォームの利用には当該プラットフォーム自身の規約・ポリシーが適用され、お客様はこれを遵守することに同意します。当社はこれらのプラットフォームと提携・推奨関係になく、その責任を負いません。各社はAPIを随時変更・終了する場合があります。
5. Your content & rights5. お客様のコンテンツと権利
You retain ownership of the accounts you connect and the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (for example, to publish it to the accounts you choose). You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish your content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.接続するアカウントおよび作成・アップロードするコンテンツの所有権はお客様に帰属します。お客様は、本サービスの提供（例：選択したアカウントへの公開）のためにのみ、当該コンテンツを保存・処理・送信する限定的なライセンスを当社に付与します。お客様は、コンテンツを公開するために必要なすべての権利を有し、第三者の権利を侵害しないことを表明します。
6. Acceptable use6. 禁止事項
You agree not to use the Service to: publish unlawful, harmful, misleading, deceptive, or infringing content; send spam or engage in inauthentic or automated behaviour that violates a platform's rules; harass or harm others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; or violate any applicable law or platform policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section.お客様は本サービスを次の目的で利用しないことに同意します：違法・有害・誤解を招く・欺瞞的・権利侵害のコンテンツの公開；スパム送信や、プラットフォーム規則に反する不正・自動的な行為；他者への嫌がらせや加害；システムやデータへの不正アクセスの試み；本サービスのリバースエンジニアリングや妨害；適用法令やプラットフォームポリシーの違反。本条に違反するコンテンツの削除やアカウント停止を行う場合があります。
7. Intellectual property7. 知的財産
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service.本サービス（ソフトウェア・デザイン・商標を含む）は、当社または当社のライセンサーに帰属し、法律により保護されます。本規約は、本サービスの利用に必要な範囲を除き、当社の商標やブランドに関する権利を付与しません。
8. Fees8. 料金
Where the Service is offered free of charge or during a trial/beta period, we may change, limit, or discontinue features at any time. If paid plans are introduced, the applicable pricing and payment terms will be presented before you are charged.本サービスが無料またはトライアル／ベータ期間中に提供される場合、当社は機能を随時変更・制限・終了することがあります。有料プランを導入する場合、課金前に適用される価格および支払条件を提示します。
9. Suspension & termination9. 停止・終了
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required to comply with law or a platform's requirements, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, we delete or de-identify your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.お客様はいつでも本サービスの利用を停止し、アカウントの接続を解除できます。本規約への違反、法令やプラットフォーム要件の遵守、または本サービスや他の利用者の保護のために、当社はアクセスを停止・終了する場合があります。終了時には、プライバシーポリシーに記載のとおり個人データを削除または非識別化します。
10. Disclaimers10. 免責事項
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that publishing will always succeed, as it depends on third-party platforms and their APIs, which may change, rate-limit, or become unavailable.本サービスは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、特定目的への適合性や非侵害を含め、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も伴いません。公開は第三者プラットフォームおよびそのAPIに依存し、変更・レート制限・利用不能が生じ得るため、常に成功することを保証しません。
11. Limitation of liability11. 責任の制限
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or, where the Service was free, a nominal amount).法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、本サービスの利用に起因する間接的・付随的・特別・派生的・懲罰的損害、または逸失利益・データ・信用の損失について、当社は責任を負いません。いかなる請求についても、当社の総責任額は、請求前12か月間にお客様が本サービスに支払った金額（無料の場合は名目額）を超えないものとします。
12. Indemnification12. 補償
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any platform's policies.お客様は、お客様のコンテンツ、本サービスの利用、または本規約もしくは各プラットフォームのポリシー違反に起因する請求・損害・費用から、当社を補償し免責することに同意します。
13. Governing law13. 準拠法
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Malaysia will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.本規約は、抵触法の原則にかかわらず、マレーシア法に準拠します。お客様に適用される強行的な消費者保護を前提として、マレーシアの裁判所が紛争について管轄権を有します。
14. Changes to these terms14. 本規約の変更
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date; material changes may also be notified in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.本規約は随時更新されることがあります。更新版をこのページに掲載し「最終更新日」を変更します。重要な変更はアプリ内で通知する場合があります。更新後も利用を継続した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
